Who we are
This website is operated by Majesty Group for Marketing & Communications, Kuwait City, Kuwait. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@majesty-group.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, and, if you provide them, phone number, company and message.
- Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, optional message and the CV you upload.
- Technical data: like any website, our server records basic request information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry or to assess your job application. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A security cookie is used to protect forms against misuse. Staff who sign in to manage the website use a sign-in cookie.
Third parties
The contact page shows an embedded Google Map, provided by Google under its own privacy policy. Links to our social media pages take you to those platforms.
When you send a form, your browser also asks our alert service, Web3Forms, to email us that something new has arrived. Web3Forms receives none of what you typed.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them. Job applications and CVs are kept only as long as needed for recruitment and are deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us by writing to info@majesty-group.com.
Security
Information is sent over an encrypted connection and stored on access-controlled systems. CVs are stored privately and are only available to authorised staff.
